THE REBUILD

In 2022 I embarked on a renovation project whereby I turned an old property in to a sustainable home. I installed solar panels, an air source heat pump and turned my partially 'off grid home' in to something very special.

I've always had a passion for renovating properties, I am not sure where it comes from as my parents aren't property developers. I have always had a vision of what something can become, and I love the journey from start to finish.

I'm always as hands on as possible with my projects. I draw up the initial designs and then share them with my architect. I have a great team of builders who share my vision and we work together to create an incredible finish.

My renovation was competed after a year. I lived in the property for a year and I sold 'The Rebuild' in June 2024. A lot of people questioned why...BUT this was my 19th renovation, it is what I do and I was ready to move on to my next one...
