Renovating properties is a HUGE part of my life, it has been since I was 19 years old. I have always had a passion for turning a run down wreck in to something beautiful. However, every property I have renovated has been in the UK. Renovating overseas is a completely different ball game and I am very much on a learning journey. There are so many different taxes, building permits, rules and regulations.
